Добрый день. Проживание в отеле понравилось. Заселили быстро,приятный персонал на стойке регистрации. Необходимо оплатить туристический сбор( не дорого) От аэропорта ехать буквально 30 минут. Номера чистые просторные есть все необходимое. Минибар с демократическими ценами. Смарт ТВ. Все туалетные принадлежности. Достойный завтрак. Напротив отеля есть торговый центр. Мне все понравилось.

I booked the hotel in advance on Instagram, where the hotel employee promised a free room and earlier check-in without extra charge, as a result, after a long flight, we arrived at the hotel and they told us there were no free rooms !!! To be honest, it's terrible when people book in advance and agree after a hard flight they arrive early in the morning and want to relax, but here it is !!! As a result, we found a room, we waited until it was removed and asked for an extra charge, if I knew that it would happen, I would have booked another hotel and had a rest without any problems, but here it was necessary wait and pay extra! As a result, I wrote to the hotel staff later on instagram, where they kind of apologized and promised a discount and early check-in! A little later, on the next trip, they wanted to take advantage of the discount and early check-in !!! they offer a room for 80 thousand tenge per day without an early promised check-in !!! they said they would make a 50% discount on the room, I was surprised at such a big discount !!! I saw the price of 24 thousand 😂! this is a complete failure !!! The staff brazenly deceived and could not even make amends! The hotel is certainly not bad, I have stayed there more than once, but there are other hotels where the staff is quite attentive and the attitude towards guests is much better! Now I do not recommend anyone to go there, so as not to be left without a number)
