It's magical, no regrets

The general environment of the hotel is good. It is on the Nile River. The restaurant is close to the river bank. It is great for dinner and late night snacks. The room is still very clean. Personally, I think the hardware needs to be improved.

The air conditioning in the room was the same as the furnishings, there was no heating, and the floor was very dirty. All the cabinets, curtains and so on are very old. The price/performance ratio is very low and I will not stay here again.

The location of the accommodation was good. It was very nice because there were many restaurants nearby and instant restaurants such as KFC and McDonald's. Also, there was a grocery store about 10 minutes away, which was great for picking up something. I arrived earlier than the original check-in time and was confused, but the staff helped me check in quickly. And the staff at the hotel were always friendly. When we had to check out early in the morning for a tour, they left our luggage and even prepared breakfast for each of us. Thanks to this, I didn't have to starve during the tour, which was great haha. Next time I come to Aswan again, I want to use it again and recommend it to my friends!

This hotel in Aswan is pretty good. They all have single rooms. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the staff will help you carry your luggage to your room. The room is not big but okay. There is no removable shower head in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. The scenery is nice and the breakfast is quite rich, but I have no time to have breakfast when I go to Abu Simbel. I told the hotel that I wanted to pack it, and the hotel brought two big bags of food 😂

The location is good, you don't need to take a boat to the island, and it's not facing the street, so it's quite quiet. The layout of the rooms is very interesting, each room is relatively independent. Breakfast was good, long and had a view of the river. The facilities in the room are relatively old, and there is a short flight of stairs from the lobby to the room, which is not very convenient. The overall price is expensive.

Thunderbolt: I booked a hotel three months in advance, but when I arrived, they said they couldn't find my order. They didn't check the order confirmation number, but only said they couldn't find our reservation name. They also said they didn't recognize Ctrip and only recognized bookings from booking or *******, leaving us hanging for three or four hours in the middle of the night. After Ctrip customer service intervened, we were told that we could check in, but when we went back to the front desk, they said the room was overbooked and we couldn't check in, and they wanted us to transfer to another so-called "four-star" hotel - the room was musty, the toiletries were used, and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room... We had nowhere to stay in the middle of the night and could only accept it. So far, the hotel has not apologized or paid any compensation, and even thought we took advantage of them. I don't want to go into details about the bad experience. I booked the hotel three months in advance, but I didn't believe that they said there were no rooms in the end. I seriously suspected that the hotel resold our order at a higher price, and they didn't tell us the truth.

The location of the hotel is quite good. It is right on the main road in the center of Aswan, next to the Nile River. It is very convenient for travel and entertainment. But because the hotel is old, many facilities are already a bit outdated. Compared with the price, the price/performance ratio is not high.

This is another hotel that is better than expected. The black receptionist in the lobby is humorous and the black guy who helps with luggage is polite. The interior of the hotel is in line with the price and is of a passing standard. You can face the Nile River when you have breakfast, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River while drinking coffee. It's so comfortable! There were tourist police and security personnel outside the hotel, which made me feel at ease.
