非常糟糕的體驗，本來到阿斯旺已經很晚很累了，在前台辦理入住的時候被告知必須付款美金，但是在攜程訂的時候點單顯示明明到店付款埃及磅，前台説這是他們的規矩，一個類似領班的男人還拿出一個手機給我看他們預訂的情況。後來碰到一個會説中文的埃及導遊，還以為能幫忙溝通，結果還問我你付美金和埃及磅有啥區別？有啥區別你不知道？你們自己國家啥情況你不不知道？為啥埃及人住酒店就付埃及磅，外國人就要付美金？還好之後聯繫攜程妥善處理了。
另外最搞笑的是這邊免費的礦泉水衹提供一天，不管你住幾天，衹有第一天有，問前台説就是這個規定，真的奇葩！
還有就是洗澡，洗澡的空間衹能勉強站一個人，非常峽小，洗澡水很小，還忽冷忽熱，一點都不舒服，總之千萬別住這家，一點好的地方都沒！

洗澡水一會兒冷一會兒熱，浴巾硬的沒法用，床單發黃起球，枕頭睡着臉發癢，衹有空調是正常的。説到店可以用埃幣，結果衹能用美元。六百塊有點扯了

I felt that the hotel was worth the price. I didn't feel that the cleanliness of the sheets or the room was very good. When I asked a female staff member about trains, she kindly responded. It was near the souk, so I felt it was a good location to see the souk. We also had a nice view of the Nile from the hallway.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Aswan Bazaar and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel service staff were also very nice, although I had to wait in the lobby for a while when there was a power outage. But the price-performance ratio is not high. The most expensive but smallest hotel in Egypt I stayed in was said to have a Nile view, but in fact I could only see a small area, and it was blocked by other buildings on the left and right.

The hotel is located in the center, 2 minutes walk from the bazaar. As soon as we arrived at the reception we were greeted with some fresh drinks. The staff was very friendly and always attentive. The room was small and very old but a comfortable mattress and pillow.
