房間可以看到熱海城，從熱海站走到酒店蘋果和高德地圖都會騙你，長樓梯夠嗆，最好使用賓館免費接送車。大浴場沒有露天浴場，很一般。賓館服務人員的素質非常高，態度也很好。房間洋和共有，住4人完全沒有問題。早餐好吃！

酒店位置入口車輛容易錯失，停車場較小，需付費泊附近停車場，房間面積算大，面對海景，可以欣賞日出景色，十分漂亮，附近有海鮮刺身、燒肉食肆，質素很好，相對房間價格不算高，值得推薦。

設施：老舊，房間門還要用鑰匙開，非常麻煩。廁所不是好事分離，還小的離譜。
衞生：非常一般，榻榻米上的頭髮都不能打掃乾淨，還把一個臟毛巾留在房間裏了。
環境：風景絕佳，唯一的好處。
服務：衹有入住當天給了兩瓶水，説是入住期間衹會給兩瓶水，非常摳門。

前台服務態度很好熱情，酒店接送巴士可預約。司機會主動幫你拿行李，房間設施因為酒店年代比較老顯的有點舊，不過陽台正對大海早上太陽出來很漂亮。酒店帶浴場，住客可以免費洗浴

下午三點入住，11點到酒店，寄存完行李後出去逛了一會兒，14:30回到酒店，check in，然後被告知，行李箱沒了。折騰了半個多小時，查出來是被服務生放錯房間了，整個過程處理中，酒店態度極其消極，讓我們一家人在房間門口站着等了半個多小時。酒店衞生堪憂，衣櫥裏掛衣服的架子用毛巾一擦就全是灰。早餐豐富，品種比較多。交通不便，到車站的需要上坡，接駁巴士難預約。酒店就在海邊公路旁，隔音差，從早到晚汽車絡繹不絕，不戴耳塞無法入睡。
