I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Evita Asty, especially because of the helpfulness of the staff. They were always there to provide assistance; they truly went out of their way to help. (In fact, I chose this hotel because of reviews on this point.) The location is good because it is only a short walk to Omonia Square metro, providing easy access to not only the tourist area but all of Athens. The hotel was clean, and the TV and WiFi both worked well. Although there are areas of concern only a couple blocks away, I felt safe walking to the hotel from main roads and from the metro stop nearby. I had to stay an extra night, and they made it easy by finding me another room at a good price.

The receptionist was quite nice and helpful. I was impressed with delicious breakfast for 6€ only. The room is a good fit for 2 people though there is exhaust fan in the bathroom and when the window is open the door hits it. Beds were super comfortable and pleasant to sleep in.

An ok stay for 1 night. Clean room and bathroom though small. Ideal location for getting public transport

Very good location. Unfortunately the bathroom is a bit narrow. But still recommended as a booking for a pleasant city trip. It is positive that the reception is staffed at all times.

Ok location, helpful staff, modern rooms, pity about the practically non-existent cleaning in the rooms, we stayed 4 nights and have never passed a broom.

Book a travel room to visit the beautiful city of Athens and stay at Evita arty, a new boutique boutique hotel, small, cute, but very clean. Helpful smiling staff. It's easy to get from the airport, change to the subway, and walk. There are coffee shops around, affordable, including breakfast, complete, bread, croissant, egg menu, cheese, ham, salami, coffee press, good juice, very happy, very satisfied, and easy to pass by.

Wonderful hotel with very welcoming staff, clean and great food (breakfast) only complaint was broken shower door that was never fixed despite reporting it, hence the 4 star mark. All in all a lovely hotel. Would definitly use this hotel again.

I am writing due to my pure dissatisfaction that I experienced whilst staying at this hotel I have multiple issues that I would like to bring up which I have done so below. Safety: This area that the hotel is located is completely unsafe. When I arrived to the hotel the first thing my taxi driver said was to be 'EXTREMELY CAREFUL as this is the most dangerous part of the ENTIRE country' I experienced on a daily basis hoards of people who were sitting on the curb all around the hotel with needles injecting themselves with what I can only assume to be illicit substances. This caused me to be genuinely terrified to go out at later in the evenings and be able to experience Greece's nightlife (especially as a solo traveller on their FIRST ever holiday) due to the fear of having an untoward encounter, during my stay everyone I spoke to seconded the fact this area is simply entirely dangerous. Misinformation on the booking: (LoveHoliday) There are multiple lines of misinformation all over the booking for this hotel. One of the main ones is stating that the hotel is '200m' away from the city centre which is entirely UNTRUE the "city centre" that the booking is alluding to is Omonia Square which in no way is the city centre of Athens which one google search or proper travel agency would realise. Another piece of misinformation that is stated on your website is that the hotel comes with a 'safety deposit box' which they do NOT have even upon request. Missing Information: (LoveHoliday) Some IMPORTANT information that should have been specified on the app is the fact upon arrival to the hotel you HAVE to pay 'Accommodation fee', this is something that Love2Holidays should be specifying so that those who are looking to stay at a hotel are AWARE and understand there may be a fee again another instance of poor research. The above are all extremely worrying circumstances that nobody should have to experience especially as a solo traveller or with young family.

Plus: + Great location (close to Metro and walking distance from basically everywhere) + Common area cleanliness + Reception staff and the waitress ladies. The young lady who spoke flawless English was our kids Top 3 things in whole Greece! Wish we could have said goodbye to her, our kid wanted to give her a hug :( + Fridge in the room Neutral: ~ Room cleanliness. Cigarette stump and dirt under beds. Other than that pretty good. ~ Aircondition maybe worked, but temperature changed a lot from day to night. ~ Food was alright, breakfast was nice. Negative: - Noise. Impossible to sleep without earplugs and even with those it’s noisy. Windows don’t really insulate the noise at all. Smaller rooms that are not towards street are quieter than 3 person rooms towards the street. Overall: General area might seem bit rough depending where you are from, but we didn’t feel threatened or anything negative around here. I was more scared about my wallet closer to tourist street near Monastiraki area. For couple in smaller room who only sleeps at hotel and travels the area a lot this providea good value for money.

It is difficult to find a hotel that offers good value for money in Athens. The solid hotels cost, while the affordable ones are mostly disappointing. But Evita Asty was a pleasant surprise for me: clean, nice, well equipped, pleasant staff and a nice location not far from Omononie by bus and Metro. Would love to come back!

The room was adequate and the shower was ok. Water kept splashing on the floor as there was no curtain nor a door. The decor was old. The all male receptionist was not very friendly. One's response to a general question was rude and had to walk away so as not make any confrontation. I would not go back there, again.
