My flight was cancelled and the airline booked me a room at this hotel. A couple of weeks after the stay (which was paid for by the airline...) I notice that I was charged almost $200 for the stay. Since then, its been 6 months and STILL THIS CHARGE WASN'T TAKEN CARE OF. I called the hotel and talked to receptionists as well as the manager DOZENS of times. Either they say they will take care of it and they never do, or they say they'll get back to me and they never do. The manager himself has promised several times to take care of it and never does, nor does he ever return phone calls he promises to Unbelievable that I have to waste my energy and time to chase them for an illegal charge they made. Disgraceful. Don't stay here.

During our stay at the Kimpton Hotel, receptionists Rachel and Makayla provided outstanding service by seamlessly upgrading us to a larger room when our original one was too small. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience stress-free and enhanced our comfort significantly. Their excellent customer service is a true testament to what hospitality should be.
