"Staying at this hotel meant paying $30 a night for outdoor parking. The main issue was the outdated payment system; you couldn't just scan and pay. You had to scan a QR code, then enter a US local phone number for verification, which I had to go to the front desk to sort out. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, with grimy glass curtain walls. Room soundproofing is mediocre, the ceiling height feels oppressive, and the facilities don't live up to the Westin brand image—I even had to ask a staff member for slippers. It's just about acceptable for a one-night stopover."

"My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean."

"Right inside Georgia Tech, the hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, and beautiful. The restaurant has limited hours but the food is great. The shower water was a bit hot, but the room was very spacious, and the staff were professional and friendly."

"I loved the duplex structure with a kitchen. It's great for long stays, as I can cook my own meals. The room was spacious, and the two levels provided a good sense of privacy. However, the kitchen supplies were a bit lacking. The oven didn't have a baking tray, and there was only a soup pot. Breakfast was decent, very basic, nothing special but nothing missing either."

"It's close to the exhibition center and the airport, and in the city center, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and business trips. The hotel's restaurant is also quite good, but the wait staff are short and slow. The room was very poorly soundproofed, which was a major concern for me."

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated my requests. The breakfast was great and the setup was very neat and food well stocked. The variety was appreciated and the dining area was also very orderly. The hotel was clean and my room was very comfortable. The furniture and furnishing were good for my business travel and I don't think I touched the room thermostat at all. It was very, very comfortable. The fitness center was in the basement and because it lacked natural light was not a place I was motivated to go, but it was clean and had both cardio equipment and weights."
