Hilton Atlanta Airport
"When I checked out they didn't tell me where the shuttle to got o the airport was and I waited at the wrong entrance and. missed it - I had to spend 11.00 for an uber>> Lesson learned"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA BUCKHEAD by IHG
"The staff is accommodating, the place is clean and the pool is very clean great for the hot summer months."
Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway
"I have to say it's very very disappointing during the latest stay at Mariott Atlanta Airport Gateway. My wife stayed through 13-15Oct. She placed her jade bracelet on bedside table and forgot to carry with her to dinner for several hours on 14Oct late afternoon. The jade bracelet was never found again after that. Hotel gave a plain answer to her inquiry simply saying it could not be found, although it certainly could do some investigation on room access or CCTV record. Besides the financial loss, it's a priceless gift from old parents. The result, security concern, and the hotel's reaction are so so disappointing."
The Westin Atlanta Airport
"I stayed here in between work trips and it is a lovely facility with a convenient location"
Holiday Inn ATLANTA-NORTHLAKE by IHG

The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta
"The location is good, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium. The hotel recognized the Marriott membership number and upgraded to a suite. The design is mediocre, but considering the price, it is not a big problem."
The St. Regis Atlanta
"The bath water is too small, everything else is very good"
Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center
"Great view just like what I booked"
JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead
"Not bad, quite clean"
The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
"The room was clean and it was big. Perfect location. 10 min walk from state farm arena. parking is valet only in an underground garage (which is perfect not having to worry about break-ins), they charged me $55 per day."
Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place
"When I initially contacted the hotel, I mentioned that I had trouble sleeping and hoped for a quiet room. They readily agreed at first, but upon arrival, the front desk staff were extremely arrogant and only gave me a standard room. I didn't sleep well because of the poor room location, and breakfast was served very slowly, especially paper cups and hot water. I chose the Hilton because I frequently stay there and thought it would be good, but aside from the decent facilities, everything else was far from ideal."
Aloft Atlanta Downtown
"Generally speaking, it's clean and sanitary"
Kimpton OVERLAND HOTEL ATLANTA AIRPORT by IHG
"A great hotel in all aspects, great value for money!"
Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta
"The bedding is comfortable and the service is warm and intimate, making people happy physically and mentally!"
Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center
"it is very comfortable, friendly staff with smile and convinent to GT."
Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park
"Added extra charges, not before being approved. Several extra charges unfortunately. Comfy bed, but nothing spectacular. Price extremely high."
Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter
"The staff saw that all of our needs were met quickly. The microwave was downstairs, they had to bring us a refrigerator and the pool was not clean. But we had a lovely stay and they comped us a beautiful breakfast the next morning"
Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center
"This was the worst trip due to the hotel’s poor handling. I never want to use this hotel again. 1) Issue with room heating After contacting the front desk, an engineer visited the room, but the problem remained the same. When I contacted the front desk again, they changed us to another room. However, the temperature in the new room also did not increase. When I contacted them again, they did not send an engineer and instead said that people feel temperature differently depending on their body type, and that these were the only rooms available. They told us to choose either the current room or the previous room. 2) Hot water interruption Around 7 a.m., while my wife was showering, the hot water was suddenly cut off. We contacted the front desk, and they said they would check. After receiving no follow-up, we called again and were told that an engineer had accidentally turned off a button, but it had now been turned back on and we should wait 10 minutes. Even after 20 minutes, nothing changed, so we contacted them again. They then told us to go to the room that had been mentioned as problematic the previous day and use the shower there if hot water was available. Despite arguing with the front desk 4–5 times, my wife ultimately waited in the shower room for about 40 minutes, naked with soap on her body, and eventually had to rinse off with cold water as a temporary measure. The other room also had no hot water. As a result, we missed the ticket reservation time for the places we planned to visit and were unable to see what we wanted. 3) Request for compensation Due to the above reasons, we requested compensation, but the hotel responded insincerely, saying that because the reservation was not made directly with the hotel but through the online site Trip.com, there was no way for them to provide compensation and that we should contact Trip.com instead. Because of this response, my family’s mood was completely ruined, and this trip became the worst experience. In this situation, what kind of response and compensation is Trip.com able to provide?"
Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead
"The hotel is really good! The breakfast really worth it, the gym is ok and the Internet connection is really good! I recommend it!"

"Bien,. Good"
