Atlanta Hotels with Pools

”Everything was absolutely amazing! Clean rooms, great service, and a perfect location. A special thanks to the reception team—even after we checked out, they were incredibly kind and provided us with a quiet space to pray. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!” (Hammasi mutlaqo ajoyib edi! Toza xonalar, zo'r xizmat va ideal joylashuv. Reception jamoasiga alohida rahmat—hatto check-out qilib bo'lganimizdan keyin ham, juda xushmuomila bo'lishdi va bizga namoz o'qib olishimiz uchun tinch joy qilib berishdi. Bu mehmonxonani hammaga tavsiya qilaman!)

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

The hotel was very clean. Love the elevator level selection pad. The staff was extremely friendly. It’s easy to retrieve your vehicle from valet even when you’re going to return. Although, I suggest Waymo. Those things are everywhere and the hotel’s location is central to everything to do with the arts. The High Museum, The Fox Theatre, and The Shakespeare Tavern Theatre are must sees while you are there. And don’t forget to get breakfast at the hotel. It’s delicious! Ask for Tyler 😊, she’s amazing.

The front desk superviser (I think her name was Vee) and Alexis were wonderful, The blind date with a book was such a fun and awesome idea! The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

This is not my first time here , I used to be very nicer when it was Thompson , now the service is very bad specially, the guy who fill out the bar inside the rooms he’s very very rude .

My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

Very nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet... Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. *****s letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

The breakfast is great. Free Costca coffee 24/7 is another brilliant feature. Free laundry, gym, ice machine, friendly staff, great location in Buckhead, make it my favourite place to stay in Atlanta. Atop that it’s quite affordable.

The place and location are both nice for a short stay, room was a bit smelly but nothing crazy. internet was not good at all. I recommend this one as cost effective place.
