Great
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

QQingkongwanliduxingxiaThe location is very good, midtown, not far from all kinds of restaurants around. It is very close to Georgia Tech and there is a light rail station in the middle, which is very suitable for tourists who do not drive.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Buckhead, a suburb of Atlanta, about 20-30 minutes from downtown and over half an hour from the airport. The room was quite spacious, but the breakfast wasn't good.

LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

JjenwhiteMy husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

Zzqin2000This is an older hotel, but the rooms are spacious and clean, which is great. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool. It's super convenient for sightseeing, just a 10-15 minute walk to Olympic Park, the Aquarium, and Lotte World. The subway station is also only about 10 minutes away, making it easy to get to the airport. I think there's also a food court somewhere nearby for dining options!

AAnonymous UserArriving in Atlanta this time, right during the World Cup, the hotel was incredibly busy. We waited about 20 minutes to check in. Because there were so many guests, calling room service was almost impossible; we could rarely get through to a real person. However, for an international city, this is understandable.

CCê OtuskiI can't say it was amazing because, for the price I was paying, I was definitely expecting more. Bathroom had minor stains, pool area floor had some dirt, gym (fitness centre) totally disappointing!!! Had half a dozen of equipment, apart from the cardio ones, the other two real weight lifting didn't work. Service was acceptable, but never anything better than strictly professional. It's a gorgeous hotel though and really well located

KKaren Elizabeth BiowThis hotel is okay. It's close to the aquarium and the Coca-Cola museum in the civil Rights museum. Breakfast was okay. It could be a little cleaner those sofas were a little grungy. The hotel charge me two times. I had to contest it with my credit card company and show the receipt that my boyfriend paid for the room. They didn't take payment off my room when we checked in so we paid twice. I had to call my credit card company and I had to call trip.com to resolve the issue. The staff aren't very knowledgeable. They don't really know anything about Atlanta or can't recommend restaurants. The hotel was okay but really not up to Marriott standards..

SseanwangThe room is clean, close to the airport, the breakfast is very poor, the facilities are OK, it is an Indian hotel, the service is basically the same as in the United States, the quality is worth the price
