AAnmanebamihou+nThe room was ok, but the air conditioner was too loud. The worst thing was that we forgot an airpod in the room. The phone received a notification that the location was the hotel address, but the hotel denied it and said they couldn't find it. Then they kept delaying. After several contacts, they said they didn't have it and were perfunctory. In the end, they didn't return it. Ctrip gave 400 yuan as compensation, but the hotel didn't say anything. Absolutely bad review!

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~

Three of us got out of the Atlanta International Airport. The taxi included a tip of $ 20, and we took the navigation to make sure the driver didn't detour. The next day, a taxi at the international airport costs $ 20, and if it is a domestic airport, it costs $ 35. There are such bugs in the bathroom. If you choose a non-smoking room for a deposit of $ 100, you will be refunded immediately after checking out the next morning. The location of the hotel decided not to drive but to order takeaway meals, and no restaurant could be reached on foot. The most cost-effective hotel around Atlanta International Airport ...
