Great
GGuest UserThe restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserThe entrance to get to the front desk if your driving is on the side street, they offer parking but itâs $40 per night (kind of expensive), my first interaction wasnât pleasant because the guest service representative was very unprofessional, our room was located on the 6th floor facing the aquarium, very clean but really small. They ran out of face towels and it was really hard getting extra toilet paper. Overall, the location is excellent itâs directly across from the aquarium, coke cola world, the breakfast club and so much more. You can walk or ride a scooter to the Mercedes Benz stadium.
Llittle ACGThe hotel is a little off the beaten track, and many places around it are undeveloped. There are basically no restaurants around. It's relatively close to the aquarium and Coca-Cola, and you can get there in about 10 minutes by Uber. It takes 20 minutes to walk. But it's cost-effective and the room is quite big.
IInonge ChifukaCustomer care can be better for people travelling from far. Checking in can be adjusted. The food was great. The facilities were great.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
GGuest UserOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Â Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. Â If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.
GGuest UserNice clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only issue we had was being double billed. We were told that the second charge would fall off but it hasnât. Reached out to our bank to handle.
SseanwangThe room is clean, close to the airport, the breakfast is very poor, the facilities are OK, it is an Indian hotel, the service is basically the same as in the United States, the quality is worth the price
