It was good. Hotel staff was amazing and very friendly, I did not like that there were no rooms facing outside so our balcony was facing a conference room when I asked to change that no one ever called back and we just settled for the room. The room overall was comfortable and very clean.

This hotel was not prepared to host a convention. Restaurants and Grab and Go coffee shops were out of products early in the day. I visited the bar and grill 3 times. The weekday service was horrible, but we lucked out and our Friday evening waitress was excellent. On the first two occasions food delivery took over 45 m in an empty restaurant, orders forgotten, items added to tab, and 10 minutes after receiving tab we needed to find the waitress and insist on paying the bill (she wasn't serving other customers, we watched her wandering/dancing around behind the bar). The room light bulbs kept flickering (even after replacement), the door bolt didn't function, the coffee station was not restocked, the wifi connection was horrible (86 mbps), overall the room was dingy, carpet needed cleaning, phones were staticky, no charging ports and only outlet sites in the room.

Stayed here while in town for a family engagement and business event at the hotel. It’s central everything and close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Great restaurants and bars in the hotel as well. They accommodated our request to stay in the North tower and to add another night in our same room even though we booked through a third party vendor. Excellent stay!

My entire stay was awesome. The staff was great from valet arrival to valet departure. We asked for help with our bags so they sent the bell hop Eduardo. He gave great directions and recommendations. I regret I didn't have more cash on me to give him a bigger tip. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. Anyone we interacted with in the staff or security were super helpful and friendly.

This was a trip for my wife’s birthday and it was everything we could have asked for. This was our first time staying here and we are looking at new dates to book. The Omni Hotel is amazing. Stop by Vues, New South Kitchen, or Top Draft!

They tried to charge my bank card twice after , that they still locked me out my room had to go to the front desk again to be let in cause they kept messing up billing
