This was my first time staying and it was for a birthday trip . I will say as soon as I walked in I was so happy the room was nice and clean and spacious omg ! I got a room that viewed the city and I think that was my favorite part especially at night . Pretty good wi-fi compared to other hotels I have been in and the staff was very friendly and welcoming . Breakfast was pretty good as well overall . Im from a city area so I pretty much expected what the surroundings of the hotel would be like but it was pretty decent , clean , and quiet. Definitely would come back !

From the moment we checked in we were greeted by friendly staff. The most important things in an hotel are cleanliness, quiet, and size. Hyatt place ATL met and exceeded our families expectation. My husband and kiddos (2 boys) loved the room space and breakfast. I will definitely stay here again!

Stay ok, breakfast needs work. Skip the eggs, don’t know what they actually are. Hard to find clean dishes unless you ask. Lots of homeless people around. They knock on the door in the evening to get in but security takes care of it.

The rooms are old and smelled of mildew. It didn’t feel safe. They failed to send accurate receipts and asked me as a customer to send them a receipt for my stay to prove I checked out early. Why wouldn’t they provide me with a receipt its their system

Chambre ok sans aucun charme. Salle de douche avec les toilettes collées à la paroi et rideaux déchirés ds la 807 Manque de place pour le petit déjeuner : il doit y avoir 200 guests ds l’hôtel au moins et il y a 30 places pour le petit déjeuner !?!?
