I called 3 times front desk for need few more towels but they didn’t bring it.

We stayed here for a concert and it was very clean and spacious. It was nice to have a suite and separate spaces. However there were no sheets for the pull out couch no blankets whatsoever and very minimal towels. The location was convenient, wish the restaurant and bar were open later.

Quentin assisted me with a very unconventional request. I'm in a wheelchair and toggle switch to my power wheelchair popped off as I was packing and rolled under the bed. I went to the front desk to seek assistance and Quentin was the lucky person and assisted me quickly and without making me feel embarrassed. He was awesome!

The front desk employee was asleep when we arrived. The bathroom was not clean. The kitchen was also dirty.

From the moment that we arrived at Homewood Suites May 6, 2024 we were impressed by the spacious appearance and cleanliness of the facility also by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. We wish to give a special shout out to Daniel S. in valet, and Antonio-AJ and Nettie at the front desk. We also appreciated the great breakfast. We hope to visit again.

We had a great stay at the Homewood suites. The rooms were clean and large, the breakfast was hot and yummy and the staff was friendly. The check in process was easy and smooth. I loved how the rooms had balconies. When going back to Atlanta we would stay there again.
