Excellent service . Friendly staff . Rooms were spacious and clean .They provided above average products .Was alone and felt very safe . The gym had new equipment . Had a spa with top of the line products . The restaurant had delicious breakfast and friendly staff

We utilized the hotel shuttles to transport our large party to a nearby restaurant and we had the good fortune of having Teddy as our driver. He was incredibly accommodating and friendly and made our trip enjoyable. He truly was the icing on the cake.

Teddy was a terrific driver and took excellent care of our group of 10. We had a round trip to NY Prime from the Intercontinental and it could not have gone any smoother. All guests received a vip service.

DJ at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Look forgot coming back later this year! He was very helpful in providing us with advice. He was patient and knowledgeable and his demeanor was wonderful. We will look for DJ when we return for our fall meeting on Oct 5-9.

A luxury hotel for conferences. Great location with bar, spa and other amenities. Professional and friendly staff. The Club at Intercontinental is well stocked. Was there for a conference. They upgraded my room to a corner view. Wish they would provide sparkling water instead of still in the rooms. Well you cannot be perfect!

Excellent room and facilities. Room for improvement: Should provide a refrigirator in the room. There is one, but is used by the hotel supplied snacks/drinks. No room in that to keep my personal items and medicines. When I asked about, they offered a spare one for a charge of $45.

This used to be a great property, our go to every time we went to Atlanta. Something has changed over the last six months with the staff. People are now rude, and not as hospitable as before. I consider this a luxury hotel based on their room prices and the last couple of times we have stayed, it has not felt very welcoming. The property is beginning to look very rundown, rooms are breaking apart, the amenities are quite honestly not worth what one pays for this hotel. I hate to say it, but in 1/3 of the cost you can stay across the road at the Embassy suites with more hospitable staff, better amenities and visually more appealing, with identical views from much nicer and more updated rooms. Save your money here and spend it on shopping or food instead.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The rooms are stunning. Huge deep bath. Separate shower. Separate room for the toilet. Beds are cozy. They have a spa which is gorgeous, and the massage was amazing. Loved the pool and hottub. Staff was polite, and actually joyful to speak to. They are also VERY professional. The room service food was amazing. The ONLY negative is a few minor maintenance issues. Like a little chipped paint. The pool deck needs a little cement touch, but those were minor. I highly recommend this hotel.
