InterContinental Hotels Buckhead Atlanta

Everything about the hotel is wonderful. The rooms were clean modern. Staff was attentive. We received our daily complimentary bottled water as per our platinum elite status also discounted parking and delayed checkout. Restaurant on premises is good but choices are limited. Also wish that their sunday brunch starts earlier than 11:30am. All in all a beautiful property

The service is amazing! The food and concierge service overall is top notch. The restaurant manager Victoria is one of the best. Very hands on. Professional as well as respectful to her staff and patrons alike. A true gem in an era where service comes last she proves there is no traffic when going the extra mile.

Emmanuel was the best up front desk! He was very nice and kept checking up on us making sure that our birthday stay was very special would 100% would recommend. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without out him! The hotel was very beautiful and Emmanuel made sure everything was up to par.

First time here and enjoyed it. We loved our room and the cleanliness. Great atmosphere as well. Ordered a drink at the bar and received great customer service from Tyler who was very kind. We will be sure to stay here when we visit Atlanta again.

Comfortable bed, Nice bathrooms, Ac wouldn't go below 65, Parked in the garage dint use the valet, was easy to navigate, this is a large hotel, great views in a nice area. We had a late night snack and drink at the Americano restaurant in the lobby on the first night. The hotel was always busy with one event or another, but the staff were available and friendly, The pool was open, if you want food or drinks poolside you have to call in an order there is no physical bar there so there is a long wait to receive your order, In addition the hot tub was not hot. On the 26th or 27th floor is a lounge, upon checking in I was told about the lounge where during the day you can get breakfast, snacks and soft drinks and relax with views of Buckhead. What I didnt realize or perhaps didn't hear or understand was this lounge comes at a cost of $100 a day, for your money there is also food and alcoholic beverages served in the evening. This service wouldn't have mattered to me as I was attending two dinners across town over the two nights I was there, we only stopped in the restaurant downstairs when my wife's flight came in 7 hrs late and all other options were closed, I did go up and have a can of Coke and a cookie....what turned out to be a $100 can of coke and a cookie, because I had been charged, the hotel did remove one days access from my bill. What I didn't see was how they were monitoring who was using it except fro key card elevator use, so be careful when checking in to avoid the up sale, unless you want to use it fro evening drinks...in which case go for it.

Beautiful hotel

The esthetic was amazing. Clean, contemporary with a slash of bohemian style in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay.

Our experience was amazing from the moment we walked in, to the end. It started with Victoria, who greeted us with such a welcoming, friendly and professional manner. Gave us an amAzing recommended for a cocktail. Thank you Victoria for the great experience and to everyone else! The entire staff was so good! The best. And the food speaks for itself. Wish I could eat here everyday!

Highly recommend this hotel in Buckhead. Exceptional service from all staff members. The americano was fantastic for dinner. The pool area clean and tranquil. Room was spotless and comfortable. I will go back again. Walking distance to lots of other restaurants and shopping too!
