Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead Reviews

This is my second time at this hotel. I love staying there because of the location and the cleanliness. However the service was not great this time. One of the cook/server who served us breakfast was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For this reason I’ll never stay there again.

The hotel was nice very convenient area in Atlanta. Complimentary breakfast was great. Complimentary happy hour was good. The hotel room was nice and neat. The only problem you have to request them to clean your room.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, particularly the made to order omelets! The staff was courteous and friendly. It is a great location right in the heart of Buckhead. My only issue was relative to cleanliness. We had a suite with a sofa bed. Upon pulling out the mattress from the sofa bed, I found popcorn kernels on it. I could also see crumbs on the floor underneath it.

The hotel was a lot nicer than I had originally thought. The live music was very entertaining as well

It has been really nice hotel.

The hotel is located in Bulkhead, very close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The room is large and clean, and the daily Happy Hour cocktails are good.

The overall is very good, the front desk respects the guests and the room is very clean

A very cost-effective family

In general the stay was not bad, except for broken laundry and phone. For so many rooms, there was only one washing machine that was broken. The engineer who looked at it was not any helpful and we were left with unwashed clothes. The room service was inconsistent too. We were left with going down at the reception to collect towels, soaps, coffee pods, etc.

Stay was perfect frim start to finish.. Morgan at the front desk was excellent. He had the best attitude while doing amilliin things at once and never missed a beat. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious, clean and quiet

Room was big enough for four, evening reception reception was exceptional, walking distance to attractions, housekeeping came quickly when called. Road traffic was a little loud but Would definitely stay again!

Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was chaotic and wait times for omelets were long. Some staff was great others seemed to be bothered by any inquires . Would stay again but would remember these things for next time

We checked in at 7pm and our room wasn’t available. We were told to park and they provided us with a parking pass. The parking deck had a leak and smelled of sewer. They didn’t tell us to keep half of the ticket so when we did officially check in, they needed the other half and we had to go obtain it. The bathroom shower and tub faucets didn’t work independently so both ran at the same time and therefore no water pressure. The toilet was not clean and had remnants in it. We told the front desk but they did not seem to care. It was 8pm at that point and we were just exhausted and wanted to go to bed. Otherwise, hotel was fine and mostly clean but not the service I’ve come to expect with Embassy Suites.
