great hotel. close to aquarium and coca-cola world. air conditioner is powerful. wifi is fast, while one of my devices cannot get connected though.

Perfect location

The room cannot be ventilated by opening the window, there is a musty smell, and the sound insulation is average.

The hotel is a bit old, it was called Sheraton before, but it was renamed! The front desk is very nice and the bar is OK.

The waiters were very friendly. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. Walking forward, there is a Chinese restaurant, shopping mall, and subway station. It is convenient for eating and transportation. The breakfast was rich and the room was spacious. High cost performance

It's good. The room is a bit old. It's convenient to go to the exhibition hall.

Never stayed in such a rubbish hotel

The room smells like bleach or chlorine, not sure which. The bedding we know now after coming back to room is damp so mildew is probably in this room and bleach used to clean it. The AC will NOT cool this room down at all. No ventilation in the bathroom. Room was clean as was bathroom but the bleach smell is overpowering and damp bedding is disturbing. Took 40 min in bar to get a drink. Short staffed. Not acknowledged quickly. 2 guys at express checkin were great. valet is nice. Will not ever stay again and will follow up with corporate. Room 311. Here for a concert overnight and didn’t have time to address when we returned. No one to acknowledge us.

This was my worst stay ever and I have stayed at this location several times when it was the Sheraton. They held $607 at check-in and then ran my card dor an additional $351 on the day of checkout. The customer service was awful. The agents had rude, nonchalant attitudes. My room was dirty with dirty lining and they told me housekeeping was gone and they could give me new covers to put on bed. Eventually they moved me to a new room and offered a coupon for breakfast. In breakfast the sign said turkey sausage and it tasted like pork sausage and made me sick.

The property has been nicely refurbished , the parking cost was high though $45 for a room guest was a surprise

Property did not meet our needs. Clearly stated we had three people, even called ahead to make sure they knew we had a late checkin and a double room and were assured we were all set. Upon check in we were given a king bed for three people. After speaking with multiple people about the problem, we were always being told to wait for the next shift. We then were promised a rollaway bed. Never arrived and when inquiring with yet another set of people, was told they didn’t have any available and we never should have been promised one as they were sold out and all extra beds taken but to check back. Finally after four sets of people and a day later, one person finally apologized for the mistake and offered a complimentary breakfast, which we couldn’t use so they said it would be applied to our bill. At checkout, no compensation had been applied and had to talk yet again with a manager and was then only given the $25 resort fee as compensation for three nights of three people sharing one king size bed. Do not recommend this hotel and plan to ask our team booking site to remove them as an option for future stays.

I Booked a room for my son Bday in which I just got off a 12hour shift and Drove almost 4 hours all for me to sleep uncomfortably. A double bed room that I Booked, was not provided even though room was fully paid for and they could not accommodate the space I needed for the people I brought. We had to share one queen bed. As a woman, I had to share a queen bed with two boys and my nephew had to sleep in a chair because there wasn’t a second bed or pull out couch. No cover or pillow but a sheet I had to take off the bed.

Filthy! Filthy, stained sheets. Filthy, stained mattresses. Did not have enough rooms because they over-booked. Had to figure out how to put 5 people in a king bed. We were told it wasn’t their problem because we booked through *******.

The pool area was awesome The workout area is small and it said breakfast was free and it Wasn’t The front desk gives $10 on breakfast still end up paying $30 for breakfast (I like to get hotels with free breakfast) It was clean and nice friendly people who worked there were Awesome
