The entire staff is non-compliant with helping its guess. For 3 weeks I have sent messages and made telephone calls regarding a family heirloom accidently left in the bed sheets upon my check out. Within 40 minutes of arriving to the airport, I realized I had left behind my beloved Pooh Bear. While this may seem trivial, its not not. This bear has been handed down 3 generations in my family! When I called the desk clerk, she was rude and offered no assistance or concern! When I called backed on the same day, several hours later, a different desk clerk told me the room had been cleaned by the Housekeeping Supervisor but she claimed the teddy bear wasn't found. I even told the desk clerk I would offer a monetary reward for the safe return of Pooh Bear! Since then, I have reached out to the General Mgr., Asst. Mgr., and even Corporate! But to no avail, No One has contacted me regarding this matter! Don't stay here because no one is responsible to their job titles. Some staff personal saw my bear! And someone know the whereabouts of this bear (probably its at the home of one of its staff members)! No Integrity, no honesty, and most of all, no accountability for their actions! The general mgr. should be ashamed to call herself "general mgr." because of her failure to at least return my calls I specifically left on her voicemail. And, Marriott Corp. should also be ashamed for their negligence for not replying to my email! My future business trips will not include a stay at this hotel.
