Cute hotel. The staff was nice and check in was the easiest. I love the mobile key option. Area is very walkable. I would stay again.

For the price you would like to have linens in the room for the sofa bed and the correct amount of towels in the room for a party of 4. The room phone did not work nor did the TV unless you used your Netflix account. A friend of ours staying in another room had a spring from the sofa bed sticking up through the mattress.
William who we met at check in at night was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect for continental. Nothing special. $191 plus $47 valet was too much for what you get. Also valet attendants were not prepared in the morning to get cars resumtingni us being late to our event.

Really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Lovely building, really nice staff. The room was very comfortable, great shower, nice bed. Very local to where I needed to be. Will stay again.
