Most of the staff are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the pools were not working and one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a pool 😐

Only parking was through the valet for $50. Outrageous for any hotel. Also the check in was sad. We heed a refresher in customer service.

They were remodeling. The AC didn’t work well in our room. But Bryan at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

I arrived at 11:30 PM after traveling all day, when I checked in I was informed that there was no running water at the hotel. I needed to check out at 6:00 am and only needed a place for a few hours to sleep and shower. I was told that I could leave with a refund if I wanted to but I had no where to go on short notice. I also asked how long the water maintenance had been scheduled for- which I was told was 3 weeks, when asked why I wasn’t notified they simply said that it was because I booked through a third party. No one should be paying to stay at a hotel with running water.
