Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown

The convenience of location is absolutely essential

Midtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

Highly recommend because this hotel is next to everything… just a few walk to Piedmont park, groceries, gas stations, good restaurants and more.

Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are great size. Comfy beds and the bar is good.

What I liked - This hotel location is perfect, the separation between the bedroom and sofa bed is great for families/friends travelling and it’s nice each room has a balcony. However, massive updates are needed. I’m all for historic charm but specifically the bathroom shower had this dark mold ingrained on some parts of it which grossed me out, and the carpets and sofa looked worn and in need of replacement. Lastly, while housekeeping and valet employees were very friendly, I had mixed experiences with the quality of service at the front desk.

I think property should make sure everything is properly working in each room after every check-out

Epicurean Atlanta, Autograph Collection - 5/5- Very well maintained property and my favourite hotel after spending time at 4 different properties in the span of a week. Location - downtown and a lot of great restaurants/shops in walking distance. Everyone was super friendly and great valet. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had a modern feel, the beds were also comfortable. If you are travelling with family, probably not the best if you get a standard room, but otherwise - I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Twelve Midtown, Autograph Collection - I really enjoyed my time here, out of all four hotel properties I stayed at- everyone that worked here provided the best service - from front desk to individuals in the restaurant. Very good location with a lot of stores like Publix, the movies, restaurants in walking locations. Although the rooms were a great size, it would’ve been nice if the actual room was carpeted and I found some parts of the bathroom not cleaned very well through which I have it as four stars. I would stay here again though. Courtyard Atlanta Norcross/Peachtree Corners - 3/5, this hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Location was not great as there’s not much in walking distance so you have to drive everywhere, this is also a ‘no frills’ hotel. Would recommend this for someone passing through as this was the case when I noticed a lot of truckers checking in.
