The facility is quite old, and the Wi-Fi is difficult to log in, and the people who ask them can't figure it out. The floor height is very low, very depressing.

Midtown is a great location... The hotel service was horrific and they did not carry basic amenities such as a.pool and a simple microwave... The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. Staff also tempers with the doors while the room is occupied. That was uncomfortable.

Highly recommend because this hotel is next to everything… just a few walk to Piedmont park, groceries, gas stations, good restaurants and more.

Stay wasn’t too bad, checking in was fast and easy. My biggest complaint was the air wasn’t working so my room was hot all night and the water didn’t get very hot.

The location was very convenient in midtown, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The front desk staff--especially Chris--were welcoming and professional. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider this location again on a future business trip.
