1. During the stay, when the Do Not Disturb sign is hung at the door, some cleaning staff directly swipe the card to enter the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. 2. After checking in, I found that the socks of the previous guests were still on the ground and hadn't been cleaned up. It was very disgusting. 3. Because of the first two items, when the front desk checked out, it said that it would waive the room fee as compensation, but after I left, I charged this part of the fee again. Although a few dozen knives are not much, this kind of deception is very bad. It can be seen that the hotel is not a problem of individual depar**ents, but an overall problem. It is recommended not to stay.

The room was more than adequate, but what sets a five star hotel apart is the quality of the amenities and the service. Both should be stellar. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at the Whitley. The Wi-Fi in my room was not working when I checked in on Friday afternoon. I called the front desk for assistance and was first told to restart my phone and my computer. That, of course, did nothing, and when I requested help again, I was referred to an IT service out of the country to help me work through the issue. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with no success, I called the front desk again and was told she could not help me. When I requested another room, I was told to use the Wi-Fi in the lobby or one of their meeting rooms. That is the kind of attitude I expect at a three star hotel not a five star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting superior service. Atlanta has several hotels that will offer a better experience.

The Whitley hotel itself was fine and as expected. But what I did experience was outstanding service and expertise with your nail technician Markeshia P. I’m two weeks out and the manicure is still just pristine and only the first bit of a chip. Not only was she an expert in her craft. She was a lovely person to meet and speak to and was very caring and kind. I hope to book again and reuse her services.

The staff makes all the difference here! Everyone we spoke to were super helpful and kind. Great location! Rooms are spacious and very clean! Room service breakfast arrived on time and tasted great. This is our go to Atlanta hotel!! We will be back!
