1. 入住期間，在門口懸掛請勿打擾的情況下，有清潔人員在不敲門，不按門鈴的情況下直接刷卡進門。2. 入住後發現有之前住客的襪子還留在地上沒有清理，非常噁心。3. 因為前兩條，前台check out時表示會免收客房消費以示補償，但在我離開後重新收取了這部分費用，雖然幾十刀並不多，但這樣的欺騙行為非常糟糕。可見酒店並非個別部門的問題，而是整體存在問題，建議不要入住。

The hotel staff, security and valet are very professional, and accommodating. The decor is superb. And the red curant flowing throughout the space is amazing! I will stay here again!

Had a 3-night stay as a family and picked the Whitley on a whim for its lovely pool and great location, walkable to Phipps Plaza and Lennox mall. We received a warm welcome from the staff and our daughter was able to choose a toy from a welcome wagon, which we thought was a great touch. We had an excellent stay overall, the room decor was charming (I loved the feature wallpaper!) the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept beautifully. I very much enjoyed the Byredo toiletries in the bathroom. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk, housekeeping and in the bar and restaurant was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I won't think of staying anywhere else when I next visit Atlanta. My only small, tiny complaint was that the coffee wasn't very good. Maybe as a European we're used to a stronger flavour.

We had a curated mixology class with Tse***e. He provided the most informative and fun class for our small group. The manager Irvin was very helpful throughout the experience. Tse***e went above and beyond for our group. The menu even included yummy mock tails! I would absolutely come back and stay at the hotel.

I went for the Mother’s Day brunch, and I must say it was a BEAUTIFUL experience!! From the food to the photo area where I snapped a few pictures with the mothers of my family to capture our memories!! The service was top tier! I love how the host greeted us and the service from our waitress; Onyx! Onyx really worked hard to ensure that we all were comfortable and enjoying our time! We really enjoyed her energy! I can’t wait to come back next year and spread the word to other mothers! Shante’ referred me to the brunch! Thanks to her!!!
