L'unico albergo in cui ho dormito meglio che a casa! Letto super comodo, cuscini in piuma d'oca, stanza ampia e accessoriata. Mancava solo la cuffia per la doccia :) Mi sono trovata molto bene all'hotel che esteticamente è molto di mio gusto, bellissima la vista dall'ultimo piano di sera. Peccato che al ristorante il servizio non era il massimo, ogni volta scordavano il cucchiaio quando mi portavano lo yogurt per colazione ed il servizio era o troppo insistente o inesistente (abbiamo aspettato a volte molto per chiedere il conto). La colazione è scarsa (perché troppo americana con uova, bacon etc): no torte, o muffin o altro di gustoso, pane con marmellata veramente poco poco, e soprattutto cara. Però in compenso il salmone che ho mangiato per cena era spettacolare!

Booked hotel as we are planning to head to Augusta early for the Masters. Booked a room on 9th floor to avoid street noise. Private party booked on 11th floor lounge that ended up with a lousy band that we are told is playing until 11:00. Was not informed ahead of time. Awful. Wide awake with no recourse since the lounge is under “separate management”. Can’t make it up. Never staying at another Marriott again if this the way they manage

Staff was extremely rude at checkout. Toilet in our room had been used upon arrival and not flushed. We were able to hear everything outside - sirens, car alarms, cars driving by, people talking, etc.
The hotel was nicely designed, though. And it felt secure, with certain key policies in place.

Pretty great stay at the Glenn. I had a convention so it was quite convenient to walk over to the Georgia World Congress Center. Also close to the aquarium, Olympic Park, Coca Cola World, National Center for Civil & Human Rights (a must!), and more. Loved the decor and fitness center. Complimentary water always available. Plenty of scooters around for a quick trip. Friendly service. The front desk and housekeeping missed the mark a few times. Our iron was broken and we called for another— it never came. I ran out to get coffee and inquired at the front desk for one. Upon my return, it still wasn’t there. The rooftop bar was also just okay. The views were cool, but the overall ambiance was just meh. Their cocktail menu wasn’t all that creative or wowing.

The hotel is quite ideally located close to many of the tourist attractions. It is well secured, and the staff was excellent. From the front desk to the restaurant, all very professional and helpful. As an elite member, the breakfast vouchers were great. Had dinner one night at the hotel, the food and dessert were very good.
