They didn't give me my full refund of my deposit when I did nothing to that room. I used it mostly to sleep in those 2 nights I stayed in. When I called about it they said I should wait, that the charge was still pending and it wouldn't be processed but it did, then the 2nd time I called they said I should wait more days, they couldn't do anything more about it but they fixed nothing, took almost 300 dollars and gave me back 100? And I don't know why they didn't refund me full. Also they didn't clean my room. At the end it was like paying double what I already booked and paid through *******. I love the location but I wouldn't stay with them again, it's abusive what they did.
