Guest services was great. Thank you Erin and MJ for a great time . Keep up the good work. Also thank the cook in the kitchen for preparing the wounderful meals. Did I forget to mention the housekeeping. The premises was clean and along with a great swimming pool.

This hotel has continually impressed me with their customer service. Amazing hospitality, loyalty and honesty. I left an expensive watch after I checked out from my stay. I called the hotel and Erin helped me. She was very polite as helpful, at the moment housekeeping already left for the day. Erin followed up with me the next day to inform me they have my watch and it will be put up for me. Later that day I received a call from the Agm to inform me she has my watch and it will be safely put up upon my return to retrieve. I really appreciate all who played a role in returning my watch. I’m glad to say there are still some honest people working in the industry!!

Had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Stayed for 8 nights. Room was filthy, hotel in general had a musty/dirty smell. We had ants and some small flying bugs all over the rooms. In the 8 nights we were there, no one ever came to clean or refresh linens even after I asked for the service twice; I had to take the garbage out every day. The one time they did come in was after I asked for cleaning and told them to bring bug spray; they emptied the trash (did not replace the liners) and may have sprayed for bugs because the ants weren't as noticeable after that. When I asked for a box of tissues they said they didn't have any behind the front desk. Everyone was very friendly, just very poor execution on normal hotel management tasks. Beds were awful, I woke up with numb legs and feet every morning. Pillows were awful, woke up with a stiff neck every morning. If I hadn't pre-paid the full 8 days we would have left after the first night. #hot-not

We were disappointed in the overall stay at this hotel. We expected so much more from a Hilton hotel in Buckhead. Everything needs to be updated and upgraded. The floors were dirty, the carpet was torn, the beds were lumpy, there were stains on the walls, the towels were dirty and stained, the microwave didn't work, there was hair in the refrigerator and on the toilet, the couch and chairs literally felt like plywood with fabric on them, and the rooms never cooled down even though we set the temperature to the lowest it could go. On top of all of those room issues we also had to pay $20/night for parking, the free breakfast was awful, the elevators felt unsafe and dirty, the pool was half filled, and some of the staff at the front desk were very rude when we had questions for them. Highly recommend not staying here. The amount of space with the suite was great for our family, but the cost for what you get is not worth it.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really good! The only downside was I wished we didn’t have to pay for parking. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We recently stayed at this location. The staff was friendly, the breakfast decent. The hotel is older and could handle a makeover…but it’s a hotel in a good location. My issue was the parking. $20 for parking…ok, it’s ATL. But the front desk cannot accept payment. The parking lot (in the property) is owned by a separate company. So back outside I go to scan the QR code. Imagine my delight when I find out the ONLY way to pay is using their QR code and then you not only pay the rate of $20, you get to pay a convenience charge! Another $2.50! Either allow guests to pay at the desk or either waive the fee (there is no options for payment except QR code) or jack up the price and hide the fact you’re so greedy!

Customer Service went above and beyond especially one representative Miss Erin . Had an issue with my suite she made it right ! Room was very clean and the suite was stocked. I needed an Uber to get to the airport never had the service before she assisted me downloading the app and set it up for me. She checked on me my 3days that I spent at the Hotel. Thanks Erin! Would recommend this Hotel
