Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Lenox Mall Buckhead

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was really good! The only downside was I wished we didn’t have to pay for parking. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We recently stayed at this location. The staff was friendly, the breakfast decent. The hotel is older and could handle a makeover…but it’s a hotel in a good location. My issue was the parking. $20 for parking…ok, it’s ATL. But the front desk cannot accept payment. The parking lot (in the property) is owned by a separate company. So back outside I go to scan the QR code. Imagine my delight when I find out the ONLY way to pay is using their QR code and then you not only pay the rate of $20, you get to pay a convenience charge! Another $2.50! Either allow guests to pay at the desk or either waive the fee (there is no options for payment except QR code) or jack up the price and hide the fact you’re so greedy!

Customer Service went above and beyond especially one representative Miss Erin . Had an issue with my suite she made it right ! Room was very clean and the suite was stocked. I needed an Uber to get to the airport never had the service before she assisted me downloading the app and set it up for me. She checked on me my 3days that I spent at the Hotel. Thanks Erin! Would recommend this Hotel

Erin, one of the Reception staff was extremely helpful to me. She was quick to offer resolutions for me when I needed some help. She was always pleasant and efficient. She helped make my stay very enjoyable knowing I coculd count on her!

Spacious and the in room amenities were very nice!

Worst experience ever !! The hotel charges $75 PER DAY!!! yes per day not week for incidentals plus $20 a day to park in a very small unsecured parking lot! I was in shock when I was charged an extra $525 for one week on top of the hotel cost Manager said all hotels charge this We travel for work and have never been charged an extra $95 per day for anything ! I will say Erin was helpful and polite on the way she handled this

We had a nice stay at this hotel, we stayed 5 nights. I originally booked at the other homewood suites in buckhead but when I arrived and saw their parking garage, we couldnt stay there due to my hightop van and I cancelled that and went to this location (which has a parking lot!) It was 130 am and we’d been on the road since 9am, and were exhausted. The lady took my reservation at the desk and she was nice (didnt get her name) but there was a mess up with the number of nights. She said she put us in for 2 but only did one so the following morning we had a situation of needing to check out and move rooms. Sure it was a little annoying to repack and move, but Erin and MJ were very helpful and very nice. I was confused about the pending charge and MJ took the time to explain it all and went over everything. After those 2 nights I added more nights and Lester helped me with that and was also super nice and helpful. And I still had some confusion about the pending charges from night one and Lester was very helpful going over it all again. Also MJ and Lester helped me with the parking notice I received because I didnt know you had to pay to park and register your vehicle (the lady from night one never mentioned it). Again, they were both super helpful and nice. MJ always said hi (by name) when he saw me down in the lobby. He is a very nice, friendly person. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were nice and clean. I like that the rooms have a small kitchen. We need a fridge/freezer when we travel and thats hard to find. The only negative thing I can say was that in our 2nd room, there was mold on the air vents in the living room and bedroom, and I did let them know. MJ, Lester, and Erin were all great, nice, friendly and helpful. If I come back down to Atlanta again to visit my daughter I will stay here again just because I liked these guys and how nice and friendly they were!!

This place is awesome!!! Lester and Roger were a great help and these guys are really cool!!! They made my experience phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back!!! This is definitely and experience I love and the area is great too!!! MJ Hawkins was really cool too!!!

Stephon and the crew took care of us from the day we arrived to the day we left. We had a group of 52 people, including 45 JUNIOR AND SENIOR students. The professionalism of the staff, the way they help and the way they provided comfort was amazing. If they took care a big group like ours I know they will give great service to ANYONE.
