Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead

I ordered this for my family, they are very happy

Margaret, Abdul, Evelyn and Erin are gems at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. My son has never been to Atlanta. I wanted him to have a beautiful experience at none other than the Waldorfs Astoria in Buckhead. we visited my friend and her daughter who also graduated from high school. Not only we’re we in Atlanta to celebrate but also we travel to heal. My son and I have lost all of our family during this pandemic, but not to Covid. We have traveled the world and visited family and friends, which is helping immensely in our healing process. When we meet kind, professional people who really care about you, it speaks volumes to us as it should to you. Their service is superb but more importantly, these are genuine people who really care about you!

From the moment I pulled up the driveway of the hotel, service was stellar. Jermaine, the valet attendant, greeted me with a smile and immediately opened my door to assist me with getting out. He asked for details about my stay and began to explain the amenities and share suggestions that would serve my stay. Once I arrived at my suite, I entered a clean room that had a spa-like aroma. Not long into my stay, an associate knocked on my door to offer water, ice, towels, or anything else I would need. Overall, what was meant to be just a working visit turned into much needed rest and relaxation. I look forward to another stay in the near future.

This is by far the best hotel in buckhead. The valet team always do an exceptional job of taking care of us during check in and check out. Shoutout to Jermaine , Shod, Cortez, and Ron for doing and exceptional job of taking care of us. I will be back very soon.

Lobby is very small, great location, valet parking is $62 per day, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The elevator certificate is expired. The light switch by the front door no longer works and there should be a plate covering it. There is a new switch that now works the lights.

I felt so welcome from beginning to the end.. from the time Jermaine opened my door it's been a great experience. This will not be the last time I stay here I swear. We had a beautiful view of the city and OMG my daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and spa services. Also we love to shop and it's right across from the Lennox Mall😍

Upon arriving in Waldorf Astoria we were greeted by Jermaine our Valet guest attendant. Jermaine was very attentive and caring😀 he made sure our luggages were unloaded and brought to our room he explain everything that we should know about Waldorf.Valet overall was a great experienced, Jermaine and his team was very polite, respectful and attentive our vehicle was always ready right when we needed it. Great experienced overall thank you Jermaine! Front Desk Upon checking in we were greeted by Jesse in front desk. He was great, Jesse made sure our room was fully prepared when we arrived and he explain all amenities and the overall information about the hotel. He made sure our time of check in and preferred check out time. He also assisted us in getting into the elevator with a key card😀 great experienced overall thank you Jesse! InRoom Dining Overall experienced, it was phenomenal😀 Simone our Inroom dining customer service brought our dinner in our room. She made sure our orders are perfectly cook and delivered on time. It is the same as you would dine in tje restaurant. Overall experienced is excellent thank you Simone Thank you Waldorf Astoria! Overall I will come back when Im back in Atlanta! True southern hospitality and Truly a magnificent experience with Waldorf staff! Thank you for always making sure our experience are top notch! Thank you thank you and see you all again😀

We had a lovely stay on a short business/family trip. Jermaine greeted us and was extremely friendly and helpful. I have 3 busy boys and he was patient and talkative while we unloaded. We enjoyed the pool and the extra touches like toys for the kids upon check in, water and treats in our room and turn down service. We will be back!
