First room I was in was roach infested we had to be moved then the morning I was leaving the hotel manager double charged me bc she didn’t pay attention that I had paid when I first arrived. I had to demand refund and proved I had already paid plus she called the room several times with a nasty attitude demanding another credit card for room and tax even after I explained I already paid. She misunderstood and I had a terrible time at this hotel plus the roaches were just gross

The Georgian Hotel is very beautiful. The ambiance and environment is nice and its midtown location is ideal. Very close to many restaurants and things to do. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay great, particularly Fojan, Nessa, and Michael. The coffee shop and restaurant serve delicious food and great drinks.

It was perfect for our mini weekend away from home. We were able to walk the city for restaurants and shopping and we were right across the street from the fox theater which was the main reason we came into the city. We booked a mini suite which was big enough for two people. It did have two tvs but one wasn’t hooked up. We didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. We had a step out balcony. Which was nice to use during the stay. Bathroom was nice with a full shower. The bed was a full size but it was because we were in a mini suite.

Our only disappointment was in dinner at the Livingston in the hotel. The Georgian Terrace had some of the friendliest employees I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time.

AWESOME people! Fojan and Nessa are the absolute sweetest! Really appreciated their kindness and understanding. Will definitely come again. Our room was spacious and clean. Location is the best if you’re seeing a show at the Fox. Already looking forward to our next trip.

What fantastic customer service by Fajan and Nessa here at the Georgian! As a new mom, a trip with just my husband and I is hard to come by and takes a lot of planning. We were here to see a play at the Fox right across the street and I was beyond excited. However, a fun thing about motherhood as other moms can relate, I needed access to a mini fridge. They were all taken and I was going to have to do plan B with coolers which is not easy by any means. Fajan and Nessa understood my plight and went beyond to help me find a fridge for the weekend. It was such a relief and I was so grateful for the kindness and understanding they showed. Thank you for making my rare weekend away so special!

Rooms ac was out and after reporting issue and returning to our room it was still not fixed. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Waiting to hear about refund from hotel.
