Happy with our stay. We enjoy walking and everything we wanted to do was walkable. Even if something was far... the ease of walking through the surrounding neighborhoods was enjoyable. Whole Foods was just down the street and plenty of places to eat were available near by. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and easy to talk to. Would stay again. I only have 2 complaints. 1. AC/heat worked well.... but very loud when it kicked on in room 835. Difficult to sleep soundly when you are waking up everytime. 2. No hot water in the morning to shower. Hot water was supposedly out throughout the hotel. We were offered complimentary breakfast to make it right. We asked for free parking instead and that was honored. Overall, happy with our experience.

This was a solo trip to get away and recharge. Overall disappointed with the hotel from what I had expected. Half the bar food menu was unavailable, the room temp was all over the place, the lobby was frigid at all times, and the front desk couldn’t have cared less when I mentioned my disappointment with my stay. Zero apologies and all excuses.

The construction quality is poor.. materials very cheap cheap. Very little thought went into simple details...ie, location of electric outlet for coffee maker.
Great location salvaged to stay.

We spent the night here just to be closer to the airport, to catch an early flight. I am quite surprised at a few of the most recent reviews. We found the room very modern and quite comfortable. The young man was extremely polite, helpful, and just a good presence about him. I encourage everyone to read the lower reviews. Who cares if you pay $3 for a delivery? Don't start off boasting about being a huge traveler and then get worked up.abot 3 dang dollars! Hotels always put a hold on your credit card for incidentals. It is the cc company that determines the length, not the hotel, and 100 dollars isn't that extreme. Have you seen what ppl do to some of these rooms??? Now I will agree that the walls did seem a little "thin", but again for me it's just mot a big deal, the parking deck confused me for a minute, but I mean like literally a minute, just pay attention when you come in and make note, so you can just do the same thing in reverse! Overall, there is zero doubt I would stay here again!
