Our room service provider was the nicest person ever and he really helped us out and took care of our needs and everything. He was so supportive and helpful with our orders and he was patient and knowledgeable about everything we needed to get

The customer service throughout the hotel was AMAZING! Rooms need a little lift as some of the furniture is wearing like drawers not closing/staying closed creating trip hazards. Otherwise awesome!

Just had breakfast at the Saltwood in the Hotel. I had the best omelette ever - a great selection of add-ins and the omelette cooked beautifully. The server, Chazzie, was very friendly and interesting. Talk with her about her art. She is fantastic. Great experience overall.
