I booked a king bed and was given a double bed room. Other than that, the location and facilities were good and there were no inconveniences. You can go to major tourist spots by subway or bus.

Great location and excellent food. Most rooms have good views. Marta Station is within short walking distance. Taking Marta is $2.5/trip and can take you to ATL airport and other attractions.

First of all, I want to thank the entire staff for being so genuinely friendly and welcoming. Our room was just right for my kiddo and me, clean and spacious and bright. Our bed was cozy and comfortable. We felt very safe and secure in this hotel, which is huge when one is visiting a new city. Each staff member that I dealt with at the front desk was extremely helpful and eager to offer suggestions for things to do. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful and vibrant city and having a safe and friendly place to stay definitely helps. I just wish we had more time! A week isn’t long enough in Atlanta. The customer service was fabulous. The hotel is a little pricey, but I honestly expected that due to the location and time of year. I’m not complaining, just mentioning it because some people may want to research before they book. (Just going off some of the negative reviews I’ve read…I personally have nothing negative to say.) Thank you, Hyatt Centric. My kid and had a wonderful stay,

Overall stay was very nice! My friend and I stayed one night and enjoyed the place. We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of this hotel. It has a self park option but it is not free. We wished the drinking water in the room were free for all guests and not just the elite members. It would also be nice to have thicker blankets on the beds. The staff was very polite and helpful.
