I couldn't find the property from the road, employees that answered the phone just said, "hello" questioning if i dialed the right number. I didnt get the room number, code for room door, gate code, wifi password, untill i asked for it. There was a shuffle board in the room without sand, and no lobby employees to correct any of these issues. The property is still under construction so thats to consider, but Management needs to step up. I feel I paid too much with my stay and was just left with the room. Where do you go for service?
