Modern, clean tidy rooms. Just what you need after a long flight. Very peaceful/ quiet surrounding. Only downside is a short drive out is required to get to restaurants and supermarket

Overall great hotel! Around 8 minutes away from the Airport and 28 minutes away from CBD. This is a great airport hotel. It is still pretty new so it is very clean. The staffs were also nice and helpful. Could improve on amenities provided but overall a wonderful stay :) thank you! (Didnt take a photo when I stayed so uploading instead a view from Mt eden! :)

Very good. Clean and convenient. Good free breakfast. Free airport hotel bus there was great but shame about paying $8 each to get back to airport next day.

Extremely helpful reception staff, aircon not working in our room and it was switched immediately. There is a complementary breakfast which unfortunately we could not have as we needed to leave to the airport early. Reception again very helpful and said even though breakfast is from 7 it is starting to be prepared around 6:15 and we could help ourselves to what was available at the time we were up. Quiet location. Great for dropping off our hire car, just 300 metres away. Local pub “The Post Office” Just 10 mins walk away to have a drink and a bite to eat if you do not want to stay in the hotel. Shuttle service $8 per person every 10 mins to airport. Have booked again for our return leg.

Overall it was ok, the water in the room was seriously blocked, and the breakfast was terrible, an omelette cost an extra 12 dollars.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and there is a direct Hotel Bus from the airport. There are not many restaurants around, and you can order food on the first floor. The hotel provides free breakfast.

The standard rooms are equipped with facilities, simple and comfortable, the service staff are warm and courteous, and the hotel decoration is light and luxurious.

Just as a transit hotel, the actual experience is not bad. I took the yellow bus from Bus Stop C of the domestic terminal and waited for a long time. The carriage was large enough to accommodate my luggage. The hotel is not close to the terminal and there is nothing around it. Note that the yellow bus pick-up from the airport is free, but there is a fee for drop-off. If there are many people, it is recommended to take a taxi. Hotel reservation information is required for airport pick-up. The hotel is very new. It seems to be run by Indians. The attitude is very good. It is much better than some white hotels where people only serve food. As per the instructions, breakfast is free. There is very little variety, which is better than nothing, since there is no place to eat around. Luggage storage is free for the day, suitable for a trip around the city. The room size is compact and the sound insulation is not good, but it is not a big problem. I live on the first floor and it's not damp, so it doesn't have any impact.
