"The room was excellent. A little dated in the bathroom but loved the attention to details with the lighting etc. Reception was a little under staffed. We was disappointed with the lack of parking or even a unloading area. The room was next to the lift, the noise was horrendous! It woke us up several times. We got up very early in the end which completely ruined our trip as we was exhausted. If your put in room 610, refuse it."

"The staff is very attentive and responsive to guests. The rooms are well-equipped, have their own bathrooms, and offer a good level of comfort. The hostel also benefits from a convenient location. However, the kitchen area could be improved. There are very few dish towels available, and the kitchen equipment is quite limited. I had to ask for dish soap and a sponge to clean my clothes. Furthermore, the kitchen wasn't always very clean."

Is was in the city so it was quite convenient, the wharf is 10 minutes walking distance away, and the sky tower is about 5 minutes walking distance. I had an amazing time with my partner and the staff were lovely! The pool, spa and sauna and gym were lovely!"

"I’ve asked for a quiet room and the room given was located in a quiet corner on ground floor, very spacious room with high ceiling and nice garden view. The room was clean, big tv too (although the remote battery was a bit flat). The breakfast buffet started at 6:30 even on the weekend with a good selection of food, poached egg cooked perfectly, definitely one of the best hotel breakfast in our experience. Friendly staff too."
