Staff and hotel were great. We stayed in 305. The TV kept turning itself off and the toilet cistern dropped but apart from. Those two things it was great. Loved the chocolate hour!!!
We will be back. My son is staying there in a couple of weeks.

Just downstairs is the port of Waiheke Island and Devon, which is very convenient. The hotel has an hour of free chocolate time every afternoon, and the children are very happy. The room is a bit small and the facilities are average, but the sea view room has a beautiful view.

The hotel for the last two nights in New Zealand is located in Auckland CBD. The location is very good. It is close to Queen Street and is a five-minute walk to the pier building. It is not too far to walk along the seaside to the fish market. Along the way, there are sailboats and yachts on the shore, which gave us a taste of what a thousand sails are. There are many restaurants and bars around the city. There are many choices of dishes from various countries. The double double bed room we booked is suitable for three people. The room is clean and tidy. The minibar is complete and the bedding is comfortable. Except for the slow internet speed, everything else is very good. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful. CHECK IN When returning to the hotel and stopping in the lobby for a while, the children will receive a MOVENPICK ice cream flavor of their choice. The children are so happy that they have recommended their friends to stay.
