Hotel was great. Restaurant is in hotel one of the best in the area. Close to food and shops (walkable). Fisherman’s market bit further as link bridge is closed currently. Can use Uber App to hire the e-scooters!

Great location with nice restaurants nearby. Room is small but clean and with a pretty view. The TV system is a bit old, no chrome cast for iPhone, only worked with android devices. Good value for money.

Awesome hotel with great sea view! Stone’s throw away from the ferry terminal and lots of fantastic food options nearby. Laundry room and gym are bonuses. Go for their breakfast too!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel was comfy with an absolute stunning view. One of the best M Socials I have stayed in.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its fantastic location, just across the harbor/ferry terminal with plenty of restaurants nearby, was a highlight. The room is functional, featuring a sitting space with a view. The hotel boasts a good restaurant with excellent service. We particularly appreciated the Japanese young staff members working as a bellboy and a restaurant server. The only downside is the absence of amenities like a pool or hot tub, and the parking comes at a cost of $45 per night.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable! I will surely go back. Just hoping to be on a higher floor next time.

Fab hotel, right where you would want a hotel in Auckland. Room was tidy and clean, bed was very comfortable. Amazing view. Would stay again.

There is nothing wrong with it except that it is a bit expensive. When you arrive at the hotel, the waiter will ask you if you want to check in. He will take the luggage and put it in the room, and will valet park (the parking lot is inside the hotel, 45 New Zealand dollars a day, and you can continue to park after checking out the next day, as long as you pick up the car before 5 o'clock). The front desk does not speak Chinese, so I can only complete the check-in with my broken English (just prepare your passport and visa). The room is not big but very clean, and the bathroom has all the toiletries (but why is there only one set of toothpaste and toothbrush for two of us, haha), disposable slippers, and a bottle of Anchor milk in the refrigerator. It is very close to the harbor, just after a traffic light, and more than 100 meters away from the starting point of Auckland whale watching. I can't see the sea view on the second floor where I live, but it is quite quiet. I can finally take a good shower and sleep after landing in New Zealand!

Environment: There is a movenpic ice cream shop opposite the hotel, I love it. The hotel room is relatively hygienic and clean. The bed is very soft and the sound insulation is also very good. Service: It's really bad. The Vietnamese waiters treat Chinese and Europeans in completely different ways! He could speak some Chinese the day before, but he couldn't speak in front of Europeans and Americans the next day. It's very funny. I really want to complain. Other waiters asked if we needed help with the luggage, and he directly refused, saying that we didn't need help! Facilities: I don't know why I only gave one pair of disposable toothbrushes.

The location of the hotel is very good and it is very convenient to go out. We drove there by ourselves and there is paid parking, or we can park in the parking lot downstairs by ourselves. The fee is cheaper than the hotel's paid parking.
