Clean room, friendly services, convenient location, easy access to Japanese, Chinese, Korean restaurants or cafes,but gym facility is quite old, anyway would love to stay next time.

The location of hotel is very good. Near to Auckland university and park.

Generally the staff are friendly and helpful front desk. However any help you want you need to come down to the front desk as there aren't any staff serving the rooms. No replenishment of towels, condiments or room cleaning all through the stay. Something the hotel can work upon.

I like this apartment hotel very much. The location is very good, close to High Street and Queen Street. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. It is also very close to the Sky Tower on foot. The living room and bedroom are facing the Sky Tower. The view is very good. There is a washing machine and Dryer, stayed for 4 nights in a row

We booked this hotel three nights before arriving in Auckland this time. An Indian helped us check in. We wanted two room cards, but were told they couldn't provide them. We were speechless. I returned to Auckland after playing for a few days. I stayed at this hotel for my last night. A white guy helped me check in and gave me two room cards without saying a word.

The sea view room I stayed in had a great view. The location was very convenient and there were many restaurants around. I just needed to prepare my own toothbrush and slippers. There is a park just outside the door, and it is very convenient to cook. The tableware is complete and the dishwasher is very easy to use.

The view outside the window is not consistent with the photo. The room basically does not have a balcony, but is surrounded by a half-walled platform on the same floor, severely limiting the view. And it’s not very safe. With the left and right sliding doors, others can enter from the outside platform, and the curtains must be drawn. No privacy at all. And there is an extra single room in the reserved room, which is a bit strange.
