The balcony was gorgeously sized but the cleanliness was quite degrading when it came to just a simple spray and wipe that would of made a big difference furnishings was fashionable for outdated but as appealing as the seats were they were very uncomfortable to add to the list of upgrades I would include would be shower head laundry machines (washer dryer iron) and microwave as they just were not working properly or just simply overused. Other than that it was peaceful very quiet and no disturbance.

I am blown away by the amazing service, the cleanliness, the spacious room and design of this place. The staff have to be praised for being so accommodating and helpful. Genuine kindness from them provides such a good atmosphere and you don't feel like ”just another guest”. While it's hard to praise all staff, one in particular stood out. Grace from room service was so humble and kind and I hope that management sees this review and passes on the positive feedback. Thank you Grace :) I highly recommend this place for short or long term stays. They live up to the Accor standards and it's refreshing to see service like this at it's best! Thank you Sebel Manukau for a home away from home :)

The resort is located by the sea and has a beautiful surroundings. From the room, you can see the sea and the black beach. The rooms are spacious, tall and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Although breakfast was included, I went to dinner at nine o'clock and there was almost nothing, and no more food such as juice yogurt, no one cleaned the table, so I stopped going to breakfast the next day. The service for dinner was very good.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks and it suited us well as an apart’hotel. It was pleasantly spacious and had all the equipment needed for preparing meals: fridge/freezer, a 4 ring hob, cooker, microwave, utensils, crockery, cutlery. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry rack, iron and ironing board (but you shouldn’t put the laundry rack on the terrace). Its location, 5 minutes walk across from the Botany shopping centre (and bus interchange), is great if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a dedicated parking place (and we were able to plug in our EV through the window). The swimming pool was nice as we were there during a hot spell, but unfortunately it wasn’t open some days because of technical issues. The complex also has a gym, tennis court and barbecue and playground: basically it covers every wish for short or long term residents – and compared to other accommodation in Auckland it wasn’t crazily expensive compared to other places for the dates we booked. I appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The manageress was very friendly and helpful with a few little issues we had.

Superb location just a few minutes from the beautiful beach with plenty of shops and cafe / restaurants minutes away. Welcome and check in by Veronica was quick and very friendly and our room (room 4) is lovely and airy with a super balcony and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I knew there wasn't aircon and was a bit worried considering the fantastic weather, but needn't have worried, the room is cool and airy even when not using the two pedestal fans provided. A lovely hotel / apartment that we thoroughly recommend
