Friendly staff! Maintenance helped me find a dental mouth piece I had thrown in the trash outside the hotel at 10pm. He went over and above this duties..so grateful! Room and pool were aweso.e!

No hot water to take a shower in the early morning. (4:30AM) Went down stairs to find something for breakfast and found the lobby abandoned....waited 10 minutes at the front desk to buy some snack items and no one came to the desk. I finally put everything back and was going back to my room and then saw the front desk clerk watching TV on a tablet off to the side table. She never once asked if she could help me or to get up.

Minus the Hilton logo I felt I was in a Motel 8 from the time I entered the elevator noisy beaten and run down. Then my room had dirty floors in the bathroom like muddy boots prints in the bathroom. They don’t have mops? The comforter smelled like an old man bed that wasn’t washed for a loooong time and the AC unit was extremely noisy from metal parts vibrating loudly. Besides my window was facing a truck yard and at 430am a truck was being loaded and making big loud metal noises… I wanted to spoil myself staying in a Hilton inn but should have saved $100 and go to a one star hotel, it certainly felt like being in one. If you are looking for a hotel in that area, there are 3 other hotels right next to it. Plenty to choose from.

Really the room I had. It was hard to get some sleep. The bed felt like sleeping on a rock. The heated unit was so loud. I had to unplug. The Refrigerator Could not keep anything cool That was my impression. Could be better

We attended my niece’s Sweet 16th birthday party. It was a great stay. We were able to have a great night. They was very clean and service at the front. Desk was great. They were accommodating in every way.
