"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

"I visited the Homewood Suites in Augusta, Georgia in December 2023 and I had a very good stay this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The only issues that I had staying at this hotel were the television remote outside the room didn’t work and they didn’t do room service one of the two nights that I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and Downtown Augusta and I felt safe in the area where the hotel was located, and their breakfast was very good with great food options and there are many restaurants close by the hotel. I will consider staying at this hotel again if I visit Augusta in the future."
