A short drive to down town, the airport, military base, and the river/bike trails.The home is fully stocked with most kitchen appliances, as well as plenty of linens and extra linens. Washer and dryer in the home. 3 televisions, and a pull out couch. key pad door lock for easy access into the home.You have full access to the entire condo. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 baths, laundry room, outdoor deck, and 2 parking spaces.I live just a few minutes up the road, extremely close if you need help with anything at all.This is a great place because of it's location. You are on a one sided dead end street about a half mile from 2 large intersections. So it is extremely quiet, but close enough to city life. On one side is the river, cinemas, and way to down town. On the other you have the world famous Augusta nationals, restaurants, grocery stores, small cafes. Also close to freeway access s o that you can be anywhere in Augusta within 15 minutes. Minimal traffic except during masters, but close enough it is about a 10 minute walk to the Augusta nationals parking, no need to even drive a car that week!******* We are still having some problems with clean up after the hurricane, mostly waiting on people to do the work (homes with damage are prioritized more than back yards). The home is in great shape, but there is a tree that has fallen and the deck is not very secure.
