The moment I walked through the door today I felt welcomed. I was greeted with kindness, Smiles and offered water. Your employee "Hank" was helpful throughout assisting me with applying for a job position I asked about. He made sure I received the information I needed along with answering any questions I had. The front desk attendant smiled with me the entire time and made sure I was assisted. Thank you for having such a great staff! I look forward to joining your company soon. From the very beginning this place felt awesome, Hank at the front takes very good care of everything you need and make sure it is done abruptly. He’s a very kind gentleman. I wish there were more people like him in the world. The amenities here are world-class

Loved this hotel while staying in Augusta! The room was so comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Incredible entry to exit experience. A special thanks to Quaran, Kelly, and the midnight security + valet, all were wonderful in helping us have an amazing stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the Partridge Inn. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Hank greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and took care of the parking. The food at 8595 Restaurant was absolutely delicious. Juan was very helpful with the menu and made great suggestions. Our stay was short, just overnight but we will definitely be coming back.

This is the first time we are in Augusta for the Masters but we had stayed at the Partridge Inn many years ago and realized it’s like a crown jewel of Augusta with a rich history. The Masters week experience was absolutely amazing with the staff all dressed up in their Masters accessories looking very festive and happy to greet their guests. They even served champagne in the lobby. Their shuttle service was a time and money saver. The drivers are very well trained and experienced local people. Traffic was an issue with the world descending up Augusta for the Masters but our drivers knew all the backroads to get us where we needed to go. Their had buffet breakfast, etc. were awesom. Please see photos. Oh, yes, the rooms are clean, spacious and the towels are fluffy. Specials thanks to these staff members who enhanced our experience: Front Office:Harvey, Holly, Kelly, Kelle, Lisa and Teresa, Restaurant: Tanika, Ashley, Layla, Stephen and Chef Larry. Drivers: Hank, Harmon. Pops, Rod, Norman and James.

What a rip off! I appreciate The Masters (finest sporting event in the world IMHO) means Augusta’s Hotels will put up their charges during the week. But The Partridge was taking the proverbial. Our room was shocking - so small, no storage and in a poor state - tho the bed was comfy and clean (so it should be at well over $700 a night!). We arrived on the Friday evening and the bar was packed and fun - great atmosphere. The food was good but soooo pricey. V early starts meant we missed the 6.30 breakfast (like most Masters attendees). Left Monday morning - the place was filthy and breakfast was late & of poor quality. A warm welcome from the staff is no substitute for shoddy accommodation. We will not let a bad experience at The Patridge take the edge off our enjoyment of The Masters. Hilton should be ashamed at the state of this hotel. Even the plants were fake.

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic part of Augusta and in close proximity to the Augusta National golf course. What stood this hotel out were its incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had chosen well. Jimmy greeted us and valet parked my car, Quaran checked us in with a huge smile on her face as if we were long lost relatives. Pops couldn't do enough for us taking our cases to our room and sharing his knowledge of the area. Dino shuttled my wife around whilst I was feasting on the golf. Harvey was professional and left us with a lasting impression and finally the biggest thanks was to Hank who was the icing on the cake to a brilliant stay. We wanted to take him home with us!! Thanks to all - we'll be back for sure!
