Service was okay

Our stay was great for what we were looking for . We had a very short stay, but they had everything we needed to make it what we needed for our family of 5. Beds were so comfortable, which is always a plus.

It was great and clean

The male staff member that checked us in was great and gave dinner options nearby. We had a very nice stay. Breakfast was good and we found many options. We would definitely stay there again. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel and conveniently located. Located just a couple of blocks off the interstate. Large clean comfortable room. Ample parking. Great hot breakfast here with plenty of choices. Very good service here. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel went out of its way to treat their Masters guests with special treats. We had fresh omelets and fruit and evening appetizers! Nice treats.

I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for over 30 years and have stayed at many Hilton properties, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I booked a two-night stay (April 5–6) and needed to cancel two weeks in advance due to a family health situation. Despite that notice, the hotel refused to make any exception — even a partial charge or credit. I fully understand that policies exist, yet what stood out here was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to consider the circumstances, even with advance notice. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the property, including reaching out to management, and also escalated through Hilton corporate. Unfortunately, the outcome remained the same — no accommodation or alternative solution was offered. What was most disappointing was not just the policy itself, but how rigidly it was applied without any discretion or consideration. As a result, I am being charged approximately $1,400 for a stay I will not use, despite providing advance notice and attempting to resolve this reasonably. I share this so others are aware — particularly when booking during high-demand periods — to be very clear on cancellation terms and the lack of flexibility that may be applied.

The room was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Oh I love place. My sons in Augusta and everyone I visit I stay here. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Love it
