Hyatt House Augusta Downtown

Room is spacious, but very basic. The service has been excellent. The front step has been very, very friendly overall lovely experience.

Large spacious room with separate kitchen and living room area. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent delicious breakfast buffet included, including things like salmon and the option to have an additional personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.

This is my first time in Augusta and the Hyatt was the best choice. 10 mins walking distance to the August Convention center and numerous places to eat and drink. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help. I would definitely recommend

Decent short stay. Hotel was generally clean, and staff were helpful and polite. Room was very bright, with large windows. There was smoked salmon for breakfast! Biggest complaint is noise, room was extremely noisy from outside noise (tavern underneath, train, sirens, construction work outside). Coffee at breakfast was very dilute. Kitchen was minimalistically furnished (i.e. only 4 plates in a room which sleeps 6, no toaster, etc.), but adequate for a short stay. Two-bedroom unit sleeps 6 but only has one bathroom (one toilet/shower, two sinks). On two nights one of the bedrooms smelt of smoke, and there was a chemical smell in the hallway. There was street construction outside the hotel which made it difficult to walk. Combine that with the heat and humidity and you will likely need to drive everywhere.

Very nice hotel. Very clean,spacious and the hotel staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was just right. I will most definitely come back.

Had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were attentive and friendly. We also were impressed with the free breakfast. It was easy to walk downtown from the hotel. We also enjoyed the rooftop area a lot.

The experience was fantastic and the staff very professional. The Suite we stayed in very were clean. I plan to return soon.

It was a very nice property with a really nice staff! Would definitely recommend staying there to others and I will definitely be bringing my family back next time I’m in town.
