This hotel is AMAZING!! The rooms are clean (they use dove body products ❤️), Bryant and the staff were extremely nice and very helpful, there was a variety of food/fruit for breakfast (the grits were my favorite), AND they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. What more can you ask for? During our stay, we only had one issue. Our bathroom sink was clogging up. We called the front desk and the maintenance man came right up and fixed the problem. I am pretty particular when it comes to hotels but I have no complaints when it comes to this gem! This will most definitely be my home away from home when I visit Augusta, Ga. We arrived during a torrential downpour and discovered that I had accidentally booked a different Holiday Inn Express. Terry at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She called the other location and stayed on the phone with them to assure we wouldn’t be charged twice. We were assigned a beautiful corner suite with huge picture windows on every side. The beds were extremely comfortable and the suite was spotless. After a long day, I really enjoyed the huge jacuzzi tub. Every employee was so friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The shower drip was so significant that it was splashing on the shower door. The room would get warm before the air would kick in to cool it down again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast meat was deli-style ham and turkey, and the coffee was weak. The room attendant was knocking on our door at 10:30 even though we had our do not disturb sign out. The friendliness of the staff made the stay pleasurable.

Very present stay , the staff was very helpful and curious . I knocked over a dish in the well stocked breakfast area and Darryl Barnes an employ quickly help me clean it up and congratulated me on the quick catch on the rest of the dishes that I almost took down as well. Lol. Me and Darryl had a great conversation as he listen to me complain about corruption in the media and he talked about the difference between Detroit and Georgia. It was a great start to my day.

Bryant did an excellent job with breakfast. He went above and beyond to ensuring we had a great experience. Hotel staff was very professional and friendly and sought every chance to make my family’s experience a great one. Would recommend. Will

Food was excellent and server was very helpful and friendly. The pan cakes machine wasn't not working but the biscuits and gravy definitely made up for it. The western omelets are great. I had three of them. I would have liked bacon on the menu. But that does not take away from the friendly service that Bryant provided

I was just like to say a big thank you to brannon at the front desk. I want to give a big shout out to Darrell. That's works in the kitchen and Mr. Bryant that works in the kitchen now. Everybody else they're cool but these three went above and beyond to make sure that I was good while I was here. Not just want to say thank you to the whole team, the whole support and Mr. Eric, the manager as well Southside to him and anybody else. I forgot shot outside to all of you all and the housekeeper. I didn't get her name but she really took care of my room. One was a light skin girl. Kind of short and the other one was a tall girl with gold in her mouth to have box braids in her hair. I don't really know her name but shots out to them too
