The check in clerk was disrespectful and rude to me. She would not look me in the eye. Speaking very low I could not hear her as ifvsge did not want to be at work. The 1st room was freezing.and thermostat was not working I called the front desk and she said she would send maintenance but after 15 minutes I went to front desk and requested another room away fromelevator. She was hesitant stating she has rooms sold out. She stated you going back to the first room I gave you!

Transient hotel and there were stains on carpet linen. Broken shower head and safe didi not work. No luggage rack and room I was switched too was super small

Very nice hotel good morning breakfast. The people were very nice and helpful. The only thing was on a Saturday morning there was no coffee anywhere at the hotel. We had to go to Cracker Barrel a cross the street. We will be back again.

Extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Staff was very friendly. We stayed here on our trip to VA and stayed again on our return trip through GA. Sadly, no cookies available on the return trip. Only negative being the breakfast food wasn't very warm, but there were lots of options. More than your typical hotel breakfast.
