No towels on hand even went over 2 days without towel ! Tv doesn’t work ! Bed was not clean they just tuck sheets back under mattress! Shower was dirty, no microwave or refrigerator! Worse hotel in Augusta ga for sure ! Will not recommend for anybody

I didn’t stay! Got there to check in and was told there were no rooms available. Yet I had already paid through here! So now I have to go through the bs of trying to get you to refund me. That’s after spending over an hour in the middle of the night trying to find someplace to stay. Your website is useless after midnight because you can only look for the next day on. When you go to these places, they charge you double. It’s ridiculous. And why I used your site and planned ahead. Or tried to.

Ma chambre était sale a mon arrivée, aucune serviette à disposition, il y’avait des taches jaunes dans le lit. La douche coulait en permanence, il y avait des insectes d’humidité qui se promenais dans la chambre… le téléphone n’etait pas brancher ( aucun fils)

Front desk was locked. Waited for almost 20 minutes and not one soul. Called and no answer. Went around the area and all I saw was sketchy people. The building looked like it's under construction.

I was very disappointed with room no toilet paper very little if any no garbage cans microwave all rusted out bad health hazard towels and washcloths all soiled shower and toilet very dirty just not happy at all I went up to death but she said she only had a little bar of soap I guess it was too late to get anything because I checked in around 7:30 but I went to Burger King first so I guess it was between 8:00 8:30 that I went to the front office the girl was real nice though she tried her best I think I think it was management or lack of help due to people not wanting to work after the pandemic so I don't know what to say I hope they give me a refund

Our table broke the first night it was roaches in the room it's good nice shower but the little bugs and unstabled table has to bounce overall it's cool
